Paul has 14 years’ experience recruiting permanent members of staff for Main Contractors, completing assignments for roles in London and the UK as well as continental Europe, the Middle East and Caribbean. Throughout this time he has started and fostered relationships predominantly with top-10 blue chip businesses, repeatedly taking on technically challenging roles servicing flagship projects.
After graduating with a law degree from the University Of Bristol, Paul joined Potensis in 2005 where he gained his training and spent 7 years providing permanent staff as a consultant on the London Main Contracting team. He joined Aylin White in 2012, where he set up and grew the Main Contracting division over a period of 5 years.
Paul launched Arnoldi & Partners in 2018 to offer a client service that is second-to-none in terms of efficiency, quality and market knowledge.

At Arnoldi & Partners, we focus on building sustainable relationships through a genuinely personal service. Whatever role you are looking to fill, you will deal with the same consultant - a single point of contact. Each consultant works with only a handful of clients, so can service you across the board in terms of disciplines and levels of positions recruited.

We provide permanent staff on a contingency basis. In terms of seniority we can assist you whether you are looking for graduate / entry-level staff, a Managing Director, and everything in between.

We will be open in terms of who our client is, and answer each and every query you have about them, the role, and the process.
