At Arnoldi & Partners, we focus on building sustainable relationships through a genuinely personal service.  Whatever role you are looking to fill, you will deal with the same consultant - a single point of contact.  Each consultant works with only a handful of clients, so can service you across the board in terms of disciplines and levels of positions recruited.

We are client- and vacancy-focussed.  This means that rather than spamming potential clients with candidates, we will take the time to get to know a client inside-out, meeting all decision-makers and assisting when there is a genuine business need.

Once you identify this need, we use a tried and tested headhunting process to construct a shortlist of candidates who meet all of your relevant criteria. Here at Arnoldi & Partners we believe in taking the time to identify the best candidates for the job - who may well be content in their current roles - as opposed to purely those who happen to be actively-looking.  Combined with our use of recommendations from our extensive network of contacts, this means you are truly seeing the best the market has to offer.  Your shortlist will then be delivered in person by your consultant who will talk through the candidates in detail. 

We thoroughly manage the interview and offer process with a number of checkpoints in place so that candidates hold firm through the inevitable counter-offer process.  This enables us to maintain our industry-leading conversion rates – when you trust Arnoldi & Partners to manage the offer process, you will secure your candidate.

A common complaint about recruitment agencies is that consultants are just not up to scratch in terms of training or ability.  At Arnoldi & Partners we believe in quality over quantity.  All our consultants have been put through extensive training which is second-to-none in terms of knowledge of both the market and the recruitment process.  Additionally they will complete extensive shadowing of a Director prior to promotion.
